Co-author of The POW Who Saved Kashmir—Unsung Saga of Sher Bacha Brig Pritam Singh, MC, and a software engineer-turned-entrepreneur working in India’s “Book Industry” for the last three decades, Pankaj and his wife Deep together run The Browser, an indie publishing house and bookstore based in Chandigarh.

Having ventured into publishing in 2018, initially with a focus on military publishing through their Fauji Days (faujidays.com) platform, and then into publishing Classics with their Cuppa Classics imprint (cuppaclassics.com) and other fiction, non-fiction and children titles under The Browser imprint (thebrowser.org), he believes every book finds its readers once honest effort has been invested in its making.

An avid reader, when not engaged in the world of books and writing, programming in Python keeps his creative juices flowing.
