According to officials, Lieutenant General Themistoklis Bourolias, the air force chief of Greece, held a meeting with India's senior military leaders to discuss matters of shared interest and explore opportunities for collaboration in defence. Lieutenant General Bourolias, who leads the Hellenic Air Force General Staff, engaged with General Anil Chauhan, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Manoj Pande, the Army Chief, and Air Chief Marshal V R Chaudhari, the Chief of the Indian Air Force (IAF).
Photographs capturing the encounter between the esteemed visitor and Gen Chauhan were shared by the Integrated Defence Staff HQ on Twitter.
In a tweet, the Integrated Defence Staff HQ highlighted that during the meeting, both parties engaged in fruitful discussions regarding mutual areas of interest, existing and potential avenues for defence collaboration, as well as explored how Greece could benefit from India's dynamic defence industry.

According to the Indian Air Force, the meeting between Lt Gen Bourolias and Air Chief Marshal Chaudhari revolved around bilateral matters of mutual interest and defence cooperation.
